The TV signal was frustratingly poor!!! Heating controls were complicated, requiring assistance!!! Consider addressing the noisy traffic and improving the bedroom locks for better security and peace of mind!!!

The noise from the main road was quite disruptive during the night, making it difficult to get a restful sleep.

the hotel is just adequete, with stained bedding and little comfort. the early closure at 21.50 is a real insult to more discerning guests. i expected complimentary service for such inconveniences but got none. the rude staff didn't help my disappointment, could they not consider pampering their guests a little? almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

Consider asking the staff for local dining recommendations, as they often know hidden gems that aren’t listed in tourist guides.

I really enjoyed my time at this lovely spot. The suite I stayed in had tons of character and offered the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!
